What it is

We’re both a CISI Accredited Financial Planning firm and a Chartered firm – a combination achieved by only a small number of firms in the UK. Accreditation is a step above Chartered, recognising firms that deliver truly client-focused, high-quality financial planning.

Why it matters to you

These accreditations reflect our commitment to excellence. They demonstrate that we meet the highest professional standards and are dedicated to delivering clear, personalised advice and consistently high-quality service – so you can feel confident in the support you receive.

Preparing for your review

Make your next planning meeting count.

A little preparation helps us spend more of your meeting on the decisions, questions and plans that matter to you.

Your Mercury Life Map

Focus on what has changed.

The guide shows the information we will discuss when updating your Mercury Life Map. If something is unchanged and already known to us, there is no need to provide it again.

01

Estimates are fine

Approximate figures are usually sufficient for the meeting unless your Financial Planner asks for an exact figure.

02

Statements can help

Recent statements can often be used instead of writing out every detail, particularly for arrangements Mercury does not manage.

03

Keep details secure

Never send passwords, login credentials, full security answers or other account-access information.
